Overview

Right now, we are looking for a Team Leader L2 - Cloud&Infra to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Ensure the resolution of incidents at 2nd line level related to infrastructure, networks, applications and security, or escalation to 3rd line, following KB;
• Experience in various tools (Infrastructure, Network & Applications Operating Center);
• Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration software;
• Knowledge of quality control, operational processes, and performance monitoring tools (KPIs);
• Experience in Team Management - Motivation and development;
• Experience in Client Management - Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.

• Managed Hybrid Cloud Services;
• Standard and Advanced IT Services;
• Technology, Transformation & Security Strategy;

  - solving;
• Resilience and ambition, with the ability to face challenges while maintaining a positive and determined attitude;
• Multidisciplinary profile, with flexibility to work across different areas and collaborate with diverse teams;

• Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure (with a strong emphasis on Azure)
• ITIL Certification;
