Mission

:

• Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN (CMDB updates, documentation, obsolescence & vulnerability management) – MCO
• Incident and problem management (ITIL V4)
• Ensure business continuity (PSI)
• Carry out occasional scheduled interventions (HNO)
• Ensure proper automation of production deployments and, when necessary, perform these actions (scheduling, automation)
• Support the entity in solution delivery in coordination with the Project Manager / Scrum
  Ops
• Act as a technical integrator
• Ensure compliance with Dev
  Ops best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability)
• Team Lead: Ensure smooth communication between KLx team members and internal teams, facilitating the escalation of key information, rapid problem resolution, and skill development.
