Key Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics CRM development teams, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Coordinate

  - end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and deliveries while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Support solution design, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in
  
  Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementations
  
  .
• Proven experience in
  
  team leadership or technical management
  
  .
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM), integrations, and customizations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Dev
  Ops).
• International project delivery experience.
• Proactive mindset and strong leadership presence.
