Tech Mahindra Business Process Services provides Next Gen Digital CX & Back Oce services across multiple industries including Communication, Media & Entertainment, Retail & CPG, Healthcare & Life Science, Banking & Financial Services, Transport, Hospitality & Logistics and Manufacturing & Utilities.

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Lisbon (Oeiras).

As a Team Leader, you will need to work and manage a Team of Quality Analysts who rate various types of content (audio, video, text, and photos) as per the denied policies and guidelines. Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the QAs to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of QAs who will work on quality in the Ads environment

- Evaluate QAs for performance / BQ Management

- Maintain key program level and business level SLAs / KPIs

- Have 1-0-1 performance discussion with the teams

- Identify gaps in the current workow and drive initiatives for program and business improvements - Participate in client meeting, discussions, calibrations

- Make and maintain performance dashboards and reports to capture program insights/performance

- Audit the team’s audit (ATA) to identify any knowledge gaps

- Participate in Monthly PKTs

- Participate in internal training

- Supporting other projects outside of your core project, as and when required

Skills Requirements & Qualications

- Native Language & English

- University Degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in either Ads moderation or content moderation

- Advanced level computer handling skills

- Comfortable with G suite, especially Google Sheets, Slides and Docs

- Preferred to also have experience in working with PLX dashboards / Datastudio etc.

- Excellent in verbal & writing skills with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical manner & Aention to detail to review content as per ethical/legal standards.

- Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content moderation.

- Experience in evaluating and comparing content from dierent sources & critical thinking.

- Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical skill, research skills etc to assess content factuality, relevance, and alignment with user intent.

Base salary above average
