In this role, you'll be coordinating the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
Your new adventure:
- Manage the sales team in your region
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Perform 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and Huddles
- Suggest and implement improvements in sales administration processes
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for management
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are followed
- Build an
- communication environment for the team - Drive recruiting efforts
Does this look like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A
- solving attitude - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement
