Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing Team
Viewer Platform Services. Work closely with other R&D leaders and contribute to
- wide initiatives. The position offers an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.

Your focus will be on the Multitenancy platform.

• Lead a
  - stack agile team focused on building services for our products.
• Ensure the personal and professional development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Align the team's product roadmap with Product Management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, Security, UX).
• Own all parts of the service lifecycle: design, development, documentation, testing.
• Continuously improve the product delivery process for sustainable progress.
• Deliver
  - quality software in usability, stability, performance, and security.
• Ensure the quality and overall effectiveness of the team's product delivery.
• Utilize best practices to inspire and guide the team, and ensure solutions are easy and flexible for other teams to use.
• Provide guidance on technical, process, or
  - related questions, fostering open feedback and communication.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills.
• Comfortable working in
  - demand environments with the ability to prioritize and a
  - on mentality.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong communication skills with customers, business, and technical partners.
• Data-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
• A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to face new challenges daily.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage product delivery timelines effectively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages like Portuguese or German are a plus.
