Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing Team
Viewer Platform Services. Work closely with other R&D leaders and contribute to
- wide initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.

Your focus would be on the Multitenancy platform.

• Lead a
  - stack agile team focused on building services for our products.
• Ensure the personal and professional development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Align the team's product roadmap with Product Management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, Security, UX).
• Own all aspects of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing.
• Continuously improve the product delivery process for sustainable enhancement.
• Deliver software of the highest quality in usability, stability, performance, and security.
• Be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the team's product delivery.
• Utilize best practices to inspire and guide the team, ensuring solutions are easy and flexible for other teams to use.
• Provide guidance on technical, process, or
  - related questions and foster open communication.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams with strong leadership skills and a proven track record.
• Ability to work in
  - demand environments and prioritize effectively, with a
  - on approach.
• Knowledge of engineering practices across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong communication skills with customers, business, and technical partners.
• Data-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
• Lifelong learning attitude and eagerness for new challenges.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage product delivery timelines effectively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages like Portuguese or German are a plus.
