Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing Team
Viewer Platform Services. Work closely with other R&D leaders and contribute to
- wide initiatives. The position provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment. Your focus would be on the Multitenancy platform.

• Lead a
  - stack agile team focused on building services for our products.
• Ensure the personal and professional development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Align the team's product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, Security, UX).
• Own all parts of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing.
• Continuously improve the product delivery process for sustainable enhancements.
• Deliver
  - quality software in terms of usability, stability, performance, and security.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality of the product and overall team effectiveness.
• Utilize best practices to inspire and guide the team, ensuring solutions are easy and flexible to use by other teams.
• Provide guidance on technical, process, or
  - related questions and foster an open communication culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams with proven leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in
  - demand environments with a
  - on approach.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations.
• Strong communication skills with customers, business, and technical partners.
• Data-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and tackling new challenges.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage product delivery timelines effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Portuguese or German are a plus.
