We’re hiring: Team Leader – Record to Report (R2R) | Multinational Environment

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead a team in a critical R2R area
• Ensure timely execution of month-end closing activities
• Monitor KPIs and maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate in the development and continuous improvement of R2R policies and processes
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar
• 5+ years of experience in a multinational environment (SSC, GBS, Big 4, etc.)
• Proven track record in leading accounting teams
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Strong experience in R2R processes (month-end closing, reconciliations, manual journal entries, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
