About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of a team of customer service agents, ensuring that performance targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and customer satisfaction is at the forefront. You will be responsible for driving the performance of your team through continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.

Your role will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Coaching and developing team members to enhance skills, motivation, and overall team performance
• Managing

  - day operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and service delivery
• Monitoring and analysing team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
• Building a positive and productive team culture that encourages collaboration, feedback, and growth

• Reporting and presenting key metrics to senior management
• Promoting a customer-centric mindset across all team members

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the BPO, customer service, or call centre industry
• Fluent in German, Italian, Spanish, or French (C1 or above)
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team, improving performance, and managing service levels
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a
