AZQORE SA, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management and part of the Crédit Agricole Group, is an international company specializing in Information Systems outsourcing and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players.
We provide an Integrated Information System (S2i) and a full range of digital banking products and services, handling back office operations from three hubs in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore had 200 billion CHF in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
Responsibilities
- Manage Corporate Actions, Income and Taxes processing within the Portugal Securities Operations team.
- Ensure operational efficiency, excellence and low operational risk.
- Act as the point of contact for European clients on Corporate Actions queries, concerns and issues.
- Understand relevant markets and demonstrate front‑to‑back process knowledge.
- Proactively manage and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders locally and abroad.
- Drive cross‑border collaboration and strengthen communication between Portuguese and Swiss teams.
Core Competencies
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of key risk areas and relevant controls in Corporate Actions and Income Taxes.
- Strong escalation skills and ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
- Experience in securities or financial operations preferred.
- Strong client‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
- Proficiency with securities processing tools and software.
- Rigorous, results‑oriented, adaptable and resilient.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Recruitment Process
- An initial discussion with a Talent Acquisition Partner (Alexia or Charlotte).
- Meeting with the Head of Securities in Switzerland.
- Interview with the Head of Global Operations in Switzerland and the Lisbon Azqore CEO.
- Final HR interview to get to know you better.
- Motivational test (PULSIONS) if you reach the final selection.
