Team Leader - English (M/F/X) Lisboa

Overview

We're looking for a fluent English-speaking Team Leader in Lisbon to be part of a growing team with career expansion possibilities.

If you enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, communication is your strongest point, you speak fluent English, and you believe you're a good people manager, then we have the perfect job opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer support team (call center)
• Managing performance indicators
• Analyzing data and defining strategies
• Proposing improvements and solutions to challenges encountered
• Support the team to deliver exceptional service to ensure the best travel experience possible to the clients

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (native or - Experience in management or people coordination roles
• Team spirit
• Customer and
  - oriented
• Good computer skills from a user perspective
  - native level)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• High school diploma (minimum requirement)
• All necessary documentation to work legally in Portugal

Benefits

• Long-term employment contract;
• Base salary: €1, 300 gross/month (paid 14 times per year);
• Language bonus: €100/month (paid 12 times per year);
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day, provided via meal card;
• Working hours: Rotative shifts (8h) between 9am to 8pm;
• Two rotating days off per week;
• Work setup: On site (Av. da República, next to Entrecampos station)
• Start date: ASAP
