Job Description

1. Manage a general ledger team to ensure service delivery in accordance with relevant SLAs and quality standards.
2. Monitor and report team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
3. Provide prompt and objective coaching, conduct performance reviews, and participate in recognition and employee development strategies.
4. Identify inefficiencies in processes and participate in or drive process improvement projects.
5. Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
6. Collaborate with various Eurofins departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
7. Create a friendly working environment to attract and retain talent.
8. Support transition projects and perform other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications

1. Experience managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in the general ledger area.
2. Experience managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
3. Experience managing relationships with internal or external customers.
4. Openness to change, a mindset of continuous improvement, and proactive
   - solving skills.
5. Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
7. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
8. High energy, drive, and passion.
9. Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is an asset.
