Job Description

• Manage a general ledger team to ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs and quality standards;
• Monitor and report team and process performance against objectives and KPIs;
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development and recognition;
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement projects;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team;
• Collaborate with various departments and manage stakeholder relationships;
• Create a welcoming work environment to attract and retain talent;
• Support transition projects and perform other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in general ledger;
• Experience managing performance against SLAs;
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships (internal or external);
• Openness to change, proactive
  - solving, and continuous improvement mindset;
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, with excellent communication abilities;
• Knowledge of French is an advantage;
• High energy, drive, and passion;
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is a plus.
