What You Need To Join Us

• Lead Dynamics CRM development teams, ensuring technical and business alignment;
• Coordinate
  -
  - end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions;
• Manage priorities, timelines, and deliveries while maintaining quality and client satisfaction;
• Support solution design, architecture decisions, and development best practices;
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen capabilities;
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders;

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementations;
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical management;
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills;
• Solid technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM), integrations, and customizations;
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Dev
  Ops).
• International project delivery experience.
• Proactive mindset and strong leadership presence.
