The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for one of our engineering teams. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, improve system architecture, and mentor talented engineers. Your expertise will ensure our backend (. NET) and frontend (Vue. js) applications deliver robust,
- quality, and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Define and evolve technical architecture to ensure modularity, scalability, and high performance.
• Establish and promote coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Plan and execute strategic technical initiatives to improve platform stability, performance, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with. NET (C#), Vue. js, Azure cloud services, and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to design modular, maintainable, and scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of OOP design patterns, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Expertise in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Proven mentoring skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communicator of complex technical concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel or aviation industry.
• Familiarity with microservices and
  - driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, Kafka).
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud security or architecture certifications (e. g. , Azure Solutions Architect).
