Team Leader Operations (German C2 + English B2)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: Permanent, with 180 days trial

Start date: 13/10/2025

Salary: €1485 base + up to €2400 annual performance bonus + meal allowance + relocation package

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (German + English) to lead our operations in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of call center associates, including daily operations and attendance
• Coach and mentor team members weekly to achieve performance goals
• Monitor KPIs and ensure contractual commitments are met
• Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues
• Conduct team meetings and provide timely updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Team Leader experience in a call center / BPO environment
• German C2 + English B2
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
• Excellent communication and
  - solving abilities
