Team Leader Operations (Multiple Languages) Lisboa

Overview

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: Permanent, with 180 days trial

Start dates: October

Salary: Depending on language (see below) + up to €2400 annual performance bonus + meal allowance + relocation package

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to support our projects in Lisbon. Candidates must be fluent in one of the required languages and bring proven leadership in a BPO / call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of call center associates, including daily operations and attendance
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance goals
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service quality meets contractual requirements
• Handle escalated calls and customer issues
• Conduct team meetings and share timely updates
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center / BPO environment
• Language proficiency (one of the following):
  • Italian C2 + English B2
  • Spanish C2 + English B2
  • French C2 + English B2
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a
  - paced environment
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
