Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader, dedicated to the car rental sector for over 50 years. Our head office is in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in popular tourist destinations across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Team Leader for our office at Porto Airport.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily operations of the office.
• Ensure the correct provision of services from subcontracted providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc. ).
• Enhance cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc. ) both personally and by encouraging the team.
• Assist customers in operational management (it is considered another person in the office when organising schedules).
• Maintain a good atmosphere and work environment among employees, enabling their professional development and level of commitment.
• Report to the Branch Manager on operations, results, incidents and receive necessary guidelines.

Requisitos mínimos

• At least 3 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
• Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
• Knowledge of the operational field: vehicle incidents, cross‑selling system, etc.
• Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
• Advanced level of Office Automation.
• Fluent English. Other languages will be valued.
