THE ROLE

We’re seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Lisbon. You’ll be the face of our company, reporting to the Area Manager, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing all operational issues to guarantee smooth depot operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Handle reservations, organize vehicle
  - ins and
  - outs, and coordinate team activities;
  
  
  
  
• Train, supervise, and coach team members;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain the fleet, logistics, and vehicle condition;
  
  
  
  
• Manage workforce planning, inventory, suppliers, and cleaning services;
  
  
  
  
• Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues;
  
  
  
  
• Assist inreselling campervans and show them to buyers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Travel enthusiasts with customer service experience, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  English and Portuguese (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Eligible to work in Portugal, with a valid driver’s license, confident driving campervans (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Availableto work weekends and public holidays;
