Description
A successful Team Leader Reconciliation & Investigation should :
- Manage and oversee reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise cash and investigation activities within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and team outputs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all reconciliation tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes effectively.
- Train and develop team members in reconciliation and investigation best practices.
Profile
A successful Team Leader Reconciliation & Investigation should have:
- Proven reconciliation skills and expertise in cash and investigations.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong
- solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Technology & Telecoms industry or Banking & Financial Services sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for reconciliation tasks.
- Fluency in French and English.
