Day-to-day

• Lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring

• Serve as the main communication link between management and team members
• Resolve any issues and escalate as necessary to maintain team morale and efficiency

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
• Proven experience in a team leader or similar supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using office software and CRM systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service is a plus
