About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee operational excellence within a fastpaced Call Center / BPO environment. This is a pivotal role supporting a multilingual team, driving performance, and ensuring outstanding service delivery across channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a customer service team to exceed KPIs.
• Manage workload distribution, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
• Develop team skills through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Handle escalations professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center/BPO environment (minimum 1 year in leadership).
• Native or C2 Spanish proficiency + English B2.
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational structure.
• Resultsdriven mindset and experience managing performance metrics.

Contract & Benefits

• Contract Type: Permanent with 180day trial period
• Health Insurance: From Day 1 (monthly contribution required; fully free after 6 months)
• Salary Package:
• Base Salary: 1, 188 / month
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 2, monthly + 150 quarterly)
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 per day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Relocation Package: Available for candidates moving from abroad.
