Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor several agile teams focused on Frontline Pick, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational strategy.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering and stakeholders.
• Foster a high‑performance culture emphasizing quality, innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee team capacity planning, resource allocation and hiring to support growth and delivery.
• Promote best practices for software development and integration within logistics and warehouse contexts.
• Facilitate cross‑team and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with external customers and partners to understand operational needs and ensure successful deployments.
• Champion a culture of open communication, psychological safety and accountability.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development or logistics technology.
• Experience leading and growing managers.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management, ideally with exposure to warehouse or supply chain solutions.
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations and picking systems.
• Experience in strategic planning, team building and performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plus.
