Your mission will be. . .
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Support Trainee to join our team. This role bridges both Communications and Agile operations, supporting key initiatives, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Coordinate internal events: handle venues, scheduling, tech setup, catering, and speaker logistics.
• Support
- event activities: gather feedback, manage analytics, and organize content archives.
• Manage internal communities, like the Discovery Journey and Women's Community, ensuring calendars and engagement run seamlessly.
• Maintain and organize our Share
Point environment: control access, keep documentation
-
- date, and manage calendars.
• Support Agile teams (~30 teams): schedule meetings, manage distribution lists, track team resources, and assist with onboarding/o^boarding.
• Help organize
- scale Agile events like PI Planning, taking care of logistics, equipment, and group travel.

We are looking for. . .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Share
Point, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with event coordination and team support.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments is a plus.
• Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
