The job

As we grow our candidate database and increase client demand, we need support in
- cycle tech and
- tech recruitment for specific roles. This is a
- based freelancing role, paid per closed job, with potential earnings of 20-40% of the gross fee per placement (approximately $600 to $4, 000).

This role offers remote work, flexible schedule, and the opportunity to be part of a growing company. If you have experience sourcing and interviewing candidates, speak English and Portuguese fluently, and are comfortable working independently, apply to join us.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work as a freelance contractor with a flexible schedule.
• Extra time to dedicate to recruitment activities.
• Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to building ambi. careers.

• You lack empathy or are arrogant.

English proficiency is essential; additional languages are a plus. Prior sourcing and interviewing experience are preferred, but fast learners are welcome to apply.
