The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting
- cycle tech and
- tech recruitment for specific jobs. If you're interested in generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around 600 to 4, 000 dollars per closed job), working remotely with a completely autonomous schedule, and being part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Please note, this is a
- based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.

The job is for you if. . .

• You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter and speak Portuguese and English.
• You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
• You have a growth mindset. You are contributing to building ambi. careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the
  - term.
• You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor. This means no fixed salary, no benefits, no
  - time employment for now. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, working with a select group of great freelance recruiters based on respectful and trustworthy relationships.
• You have some extra time to invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.

The job is NOT for you if. . .

• You hate speaking with candidates and clients.
• You don’t like the idea of freelancing or
  - based commissions.
• You are arrogant and lack empathy.

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be a plus. It's quite important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don’t have it yet, and you learn fast and believe you can do it, why not apply?
