The Role

As we expand our candidate database and client demand grows, we need support in sourcing, qualifying, and managing
- cycle recruitment for specific roles, both tech and
- tech. This is a
- based freelance role, offering a commission of 20-40% of the gross fee per placed candidate (approximately $600 to $4, 000 per placement). Work remotely with a flexible schedule, and be part of something big. If you're interested, let's connect over a virtual coffee!

Ideal Candidate

• Has previous experience as a freelance recruiter, fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Speaks fluent English and Portuguese; most clients and candidates are native English speakers.
• Possesses a growth mindset and is interested in contributing to the development of ambi. careers, with potential opportunities in the future.
• Is comfortable working as a freelance contractor, understanding there is no fixed salary or benefits, and compensation is based on successful placements.
• Has extra time to dedicate beyond 15 minutes daily.

Not the Role for You If. . .

• You dislike speaking with candidates and clients.
• You are not interested in freelancing or
  - based commissions.
• You lack empathy or have an arrogant attitude.
• Fluent English is a must, and additional languages are a plus. Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates is preferred, but fast learners are encouraged to apply.
