We're seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team as a Tech Industry Advisor. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for taking incoming user requests via various channels (telephone, email, chat), logging call details into case management systems, and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements to customers.
• You will assist customers with
  - sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items.
• You will resolve financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failures.
• You will provide clear solutions while maintaining our clients' high standards of customer experience.
• You will communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.
• You will turn problems into positive experiences by making customers feel heard and valued.
• You will work with urgency to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills :

• You must have a high level of German language proficiency (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
• You should possess excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• You should be able to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way.
• You should have strong customer
  - oriented skills.
