We’re hiring a Tech Lead to guide a
- performing backend engineering team for a global

This is a
- on leadership role. You'll be coding, mentoring, and collaborating closely across engineering, product, and design—owning the full software lifecycle from design through to deployment.

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in backend development
• 1+ year in a team leadership or technical mentoring capacity
• Strong experience with Java
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a drive to improve systems and teams

? Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and mentor engineers across the backend team
• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions
• Collaborate
  - functionally to deliver new features
• Ship code regularly (teams release daily!)
• Champion clean code, testing, and Dev
  Ops best practices
