The Tech Lead is responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle. This role is essential for maintaining and elevating code quality and system performance within a complex,
- native Java/Postgres/Angular stack, preventing teams from drifting into poor patterns or making decisions that hurt
- term scalability and maintainability.
Your mission will be…
- Mentor and grow local team members (architects, developers, testers, others), and act as a thought technical leader;
- Design, enhance, implement, and release software that meets functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability standards;
- Drive software engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, testing discipline);
- Collaborate with PO’s, PLM’s and architects to balance technical debt with delivery;
- Participate in design discussions, specification reviews, and code evaluations to ensure quality and consistency;
- Contribute to project planning by analyzing tasks, breaking down work, and providing accurate time estimates;
- Keep key stakeholders informed about project risks and progress;
- Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of the solution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 8+ years' experience in
- stack development and proficiency in
- stack technologies (front-end,
- end, databases, APIs); - Experience with cloud platforms, Dev
Ops, and testing frameworks. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Developer are highly valued; - Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and methods;
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management;
- Written and spoken English at a proficient level;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to
- technical stakeholders; - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, global team environment;
- Strong
- solving and leadership skills.
