Algorithms Team: Our team develops
- ready software for complex problems requiring technical and innovative solutions, including motion tracking and analysis engines that provide
- time feedback and collect movement metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead a software engineering team, overseeing development and ensuring goals are met;
2. Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, and improving products through
   - on development;
3. Participate in planning and technical strategy;
4. Implement engineering practices to improve team processes;
5. Maintain an inspiring and inclusive work environment;
6. Manage team performance, training, and mentoring.

What you need to have:

1. Proven experience leading software teams and projects with strong management skills;
2. 5+ years solving complex problems in domains like Mathematics, Data Science, Signal Processing, Control;
3. 5+ years in software development with solid knowledge of design patterns and system design;
4. Experience leading projects from inception to maintenance;
5. Ability to evaluate
   - offs, make decisions, and prioritize;
6. Strong mathematics/engineering background;
7. Excellent communication skills, technical and
   - technical;
8. Critical thinking,
   - direction,
   - oriented mindset;
9. Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

1. Experience in
   - paced environments and wearing multiple hats;
2. Experience with mobile app development;
3. Experience with game development or machine learning.
