We are looking for an Tech Lead Application Support, fluent in Fre nch !

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the consideration of business team needs in strategic projects for the company
• Participate in agile rituals
• Accompany the Product Owner in managing business needs, including analysis of existing systems, framing workshops, defining requirements with users, etc.
• Accompany the Product Owner in shaping personas, user journeys, and story maps.
• Accompany the Product Owner in managing relationships with publishers
• Communicate with business teams and respond to their requirements and needs
• Write User Stories and acceptance criteria - Accompany developers during development phases
• Participate in choosing the testing strategy and scenarios based on use cases
• Design and write test cases - Identify the data necessary to perform tests
• Perform
  - regression tests to ensure the quality of applications - Provide frequent reporting of test executions
• Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction
• Ensure that developers understand the qualified feedback
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the quality of the delivered product - Write and update functional documentation.
• Monitoring of business processus.
• Management and tracking of support requests and incidents (via Jira).
• Management and tracking of corrective maintenance topics.
• Management and tracking of
  - regression tests during maintenance operations.
• Design and write test cases.
• Management and tracking of support requests and incidents.
• Design and write test cases and manage it's execution.
• Communication with stakeholders.
• Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction.
• Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances.

Requirements:

• Experience with Excel with VBA.
• Experience with Excel with SQL (Structured Query Language).
• Experience with Software Testing.
• Experience with ITIL 4 Knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA and Service Now.
• Experience with ALM-Octane (advanced level).
• Experience with Gherkins (practical level).
• Experience with BDD (behavior driven developement) (practical level).
• Experience with. Net (optional, knowledge).
• Experience with SQL (optional, knowledge).
• Experience with Visio (optionnal)
• Fluency in English.
