Tech Lead Application Support | French

We are looking for a Tech Lead Application Support, fluent in French.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business team needs are considered in strategic projects.
- Support the Product Owner in managing business needs: analyse existing systems, run framing workshops, define requirements with users, shape personas, user journeys and story maps.
- Communicate with business teams and respond to their requirements and needs.
- Write User Stories and acceptance criteria; support developers during development phases.
- Participate in selecting the testing strategy and scenarios based on use cases.
- Design and write test cases; identify the data required to perform tests.
- Conduct non‑regression tests to ensure application quality and provide frequent reporting of test executions.
- Record, qualify, and prioritise anomalies, ensuring their correction and communicating with stakeholders.
- Manage and track support requests, incidents, corrective maintenance topics and non‑regression tests during maintenance operations via Jira.
- Monitor business processes.
- Be willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances.
Requirements
- Experience with Excel with VBA.
- Experience with Excel with SQL.
- Experience with Software Testing.
- Experience with ITIL 4 Knowledge.
- Experience with JIRA and Service
Now. - Experience with ALM‑Octane (advanced level).
- Experience with Gherkins.
- Experience with BDD (Behaviour Driven Development).
- Experience with. Net (optional).
- Experience with SQL (optional).
- Experience with Visio (optional).
- Fluency in English.
