THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Tech Lead - Application Support for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Design and write test cases
• Management and tracking of support requests and incidents
• Design and write test cases and manage its execution
• Communication with stakeholders
• Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction
• Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience with Excel (including VBA)
• Proven experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Practical experience in Software Testing
• Practical knowledge of ITIL 4
• Experience with JIRA and Service
  Now
• Proven experience in ALM-Octane
• Practical experience with Gherkin and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
• Optional knowledge of. NET, SQL, and Microsoft Visio
• Fluency in English and French
