THE ROLE
We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Tech Lead - Application Support for a national project. 
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Design and write test cases
 - Management and tracking of support requests and incidents
 - Design and write test cases and manage its execution
 - Communication with stakeholders
 - Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction
 - Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience with Excel (including VBA)
 - Proven experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
 - Practical experience in Software Testing
 - Practical knowledge of ITIL 4
 - Experience with JIRA and Service
Now - Proven experience in ALM-Octane
 - Practical experience with Gherkin and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
 - Optional knowledge of. NET, SQL, and Microsoft Visio
 - Fluency in English and French
