We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our PHP Backend Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Act as Tech Lead for a PHP Backend Development Team on Product Development and Maintenance activities.
✨ Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, Graph
QL and MSSQL DB Design and Model.
✨ Implement Graph
QL for efficient data querying and manipulation.
✨ Create
- structured, testable, and efficient code.
✨ Create
- quality, maintainable code with good Automated Code Coverage using PHPUnit.
✨ Work closely with Product Owners, QA, SME and other Developers.
✨ Collaborate with
- functional teams to embed Dev
Ops practices in the Development lifecycle.
✨ Use Jira and Git
Lab for streamlined Project tracking, version control, and collaboration.
✨ Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative,
- quality software solutions.
Key Skills:
Technical Expertise:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
✅ 7+ years of
- on experience with PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, Graph
QL, and SQL.
✅ Proficient in Database Modeling and Design (Microsoft SQL Server).
✅ Experience with Automated Unit Testing using PHP Unit.
✅ Familiar with Dev
Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Skilled in Jira, Git
Lab; familiarity with Sonar
Qube is a plus.
✅ Proficient in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset.
✅ Passionate about optimizing development workflows with the latest AI technologies.
✅ Strong
- solving skills and clear, fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
