We’re hiring a Tech Lead to guide a
- performing backend engineering team for a global
- tech platform helping millions of users find and book unforgettable experiences. If you love solving complex challenges, leading by example, and want to build scalable systems in a

- on leadership role. You'll be coding, mentoring, and collaborating closely across engineering, product, and design—owning the full software lifecycle from design through to deployment.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in backend development

1+ year in a team leadership or technical mentoring capacity

Strong experience with Java

Curiosity, autonomy, and a drive to improve systems and teams

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and mentor engineers across the backend team

Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions

Collaborate
- functionally to deliver new features

Ship code regularly (teams release daily!)

Champion clean code, testing, and Dev
Ops best practices
