We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to guide our development team in delivering

This is an office role based in Alvalade, Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of
  - quality software: Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring timely delivery that meets business requirements and adheres to performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Optimise development processes: Continuously improve the development lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
• Coach and mentor developers: Provide hands‑on technical guidance and support, fostering professional growth and engineering excellence.
• Ensure modern development standards: Promote CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and clean coding principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Align technical decisions with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Technical leadership: Make critical decisions around architecture, tools, and frameworks for long‑term scalability and maintainability.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Explore new technologies and frameworks, including rapid prototyping with AI.

About You

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across the organisation.
• Analytical mindset to develop the best‑fit technical solution.
• Excellent leadership and decision‑making skills, with knowledge of project management principles.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and non‑technical business aspects.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.

Skills Required

• Experienced through design, development, release cycle, delivering software products to market.
• Managing development of Saa
  S and cloud‑based applications.
• Stack: Python, Nuxt/Vue
  JS, Postgre
  SQL, all on AWS.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
