We seek a Tech Lead – Data Hub (Microsoft Stack | Azure) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid/remote model (*must live in Portugal - mandatory):

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong technical expertise in Microsoft-based solutions and proven leadership skills to coordinate the technical delivery of a
- impact Data Hub initiative.

This Data Hub plays a central role in consolidating and managing large volumes of enterprise data, supporting key business domains such as:

• Human Resources (e. g. , employee data, org charts, benefits)
• Finance & Accounting (e. g. , journal entries,
  - end closings)
• Procurement (e. g. , invoices, purchase orders, vendor data)
• Asset & Infrastructure Management
• Logistics and Supply Chain
• Planning and Management Control

As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of solutions, guiding the development team, and acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT. This is a
- visibility role with strategic importance to the organization.

Technical Requirements

• Azure Cloud (mandatory)
• Azure Data Factory
• Databricks
• Microsoft Fabric
• SQL
• Experience with Purview and Py
  Spark is a plus
• While this is not a
  - on development role, a strong technical background is essential to effectively support the team in designing and validating scalable data solutions.
