We are looking for a TECH LEAD DATA.

Responsabilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Lead Data & Analytics projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement modern, scalable architectures for large volumes of data, with a focus on the energy sector.
• Promote the use of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data storage, processing, and analysis.
• Ensure best practices in the development of solutions with technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, SQL, Scala, and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Lead the integration of data from different sources, including energy systems, Io
  T sensors, and smart media platforms.
• Encourage the adoption of modern monitoring and orchestration tools, optimizing data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient and innovative technical solutions.
• Act as a technical mentor, promoting the development and growth of the team in terms of knowledge and skills.
• Stay up to date on technological trends in the energy sector and suggest innovations that add value to the business.
• Requirements Higher education in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related areas.
• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management (Plus)
• Proven experience in technical leadership of teams on complex projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including relevant certifications (e. g. , AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
• Practical experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, and data pipeline orchestration.
• Strong programming and scripting skills, with proficiency in SQL, Scala, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Experience in projects using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops solutions for CI/CD pipeline automation in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with the challenges and specific regulations of the energy sector is highly desirable.
• Communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced English for reading, writing, and conversation.
• Additional certifications in related areas, such as Kanban Foundation, agile practices, or data management frameworks (valued).
• Experience in developing Io
  T platforms and
  - time data analysis for the energy sector.
• Knowledge of modern databases, such as Postgre
  SQL and
  - driven architectures.
