Your Role

• Lead daily engineering operations with hands‑on technical involvement when needed to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.
• Establish clear standards and processes, proactively removing blockers and making swift, effective decisions.
• Safeguard non‑functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability across all systems and services.

Your Profile

• 3+ years managing scalable infrastructure and cloud‑native solutions.
• 2+ years ensuring secure, efficient, and well‑documented API ecosystems.
• 2+ years implementing authentication and authorization frameworks.
