We’re looking for a Tech Lead (Frontend) to:

Lead the development of landing pages, websites, dashboards, internal tools, and headless CMS experiences. Build and maintain a scalable design system using Storybook. Oversee
- end architecture, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of clean, responsive, and visually compelling interfaces. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring projects from concept to launch, maintaining high standards of performance, usability, and scalability. What you’ll be doing:

1. Develop and maintain responsive,
   - friendly web applications.
2. Transform mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces in collaboration with designers.
3. Write clean, efficient, and scalable HTML, CSS, and Java
   Script code.
4. Create modular components with Storyblok following Atomic Design principles.
5. Design and implement engaging animations to improve user experience.
6. Optimize website performance, load speed, and SEO.
7. Ensure
   - browser compatibility across devices.
8. Debug and resolve issues during development and after launch.

What you need to have:

1. Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, Java
   Script, with over 5 years of
   - end experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
2. Ability to lead
   - end teams, provide technical guidance, and foster collaboration.
3. Strong understanding of responsive design and building accessible,
   - friendly websites.
4. Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and collaboration with design teams.
5. Proficiency in Git, agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Understanding of SEO best practices.
7. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend data.
8. Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, maintainable code and
   - solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What we would love to see:

• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node. js, Express, databases).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Strapi).
• A portfolio showcasing web projects.
• Interest in new web technologies and frameworks.
• A passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Salary range: €51, 571 - €72, 991/year, with potential adjustments based on experience and impact. Benefits include private stock options, bonuses, and other perks. Compensation details are subject to change.
