Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with a strong background in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams and driving technical projects. You will play a crucial role in our software development lifecycle, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development process.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee code quality and ensure best practices are followed within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
• Drive the migration of existing applications to modern Java and Angular frameworks (experience in migration projects is a plus).
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay

  - date with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead with expertise in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with application migration projects (Java to Angular and Spring Boot) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and the ability to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
