Locations

Braga, Coimbra, Lisbon (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with 5+ years of professional experience in Java
  Script development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities.
• Apply 2+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions and delivery execution.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services and serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Experience with Cloud, especially with GCP.
• Write clean, efficient, and
  - documented code in Node. js, leveraging both Java
  Script and Type
  Script to support maintainability and team collaboration.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams (Product, Design, ) define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals.
• Code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
