You will join a dedicated squad building Web3-native products that abstract away blockchain complexity to deliver smooth, intuitive user experiences. In line with our mission to bridge the Web2 to Web3 gap, we are developing a highly configurable, modular platform that powers secure SSO onboarding , dynamic routing, and
- time interactions with decentralized systems. As Tech Lead, you will architect, build, and lead a small but
- impact team, owning backend services and infrastructure using Node. Js (Nest
JS) and Go, and collaborating closely with product, frontend, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient features that will serve as the foundation for a broader suite of tools designed to make Web3 more accessible to all.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of backend and service infrastructure using Nest
  JS and Go.
• Build clean, modular, and testable systems that support scalable configuration, dynamic routing, and feature flagging.
• Design and implement integrations with a wide range of
  - party APIs and services.
• Integrate secure SSO solutions into authentication flows.
• Develop APIs that support
  - throughput,
  - latency user interactions.
• Own communication contracts and runtime coordination between services written in Node. Js and Go.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, testing practices, and code quality guidelines across the stack.
• Set up observability pipelines including logs, metrics, monitoring, and dashboards.
• Collaborate
  - functionally with product, design, platform and frontend engineers.
• Actively mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

• 6+ years of experience in Backend or Fullstack engineering with leadership exposure.
• Web3 and/or fintech domain knowledge.
• Deep expertise in Type
  Script, Node. Js, and Nest
  JS, including REST API design and delivery.
• Strong
  - on experience working with Go, especially for
  - sensitive services.
• Proven experience integrating and maintaining multiple
  - party APIs in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of
  - driven architectures and messaging systems like NATS or Kafka.
• Experience working with microservices and distributed systems in production.
• Strong testing practices (unit, integration, E2E) and clean CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote,
  - first environment.
• Familiarity with React, Tailwind, or experience collaborating closely with frontend teams is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
