What will be your role

We are looking for a Tech Lead – High Code with strong Out
Systems expertise to join a
- impact project for a company in the transport and logistics sector, supporting their ongoing digital transformation journey.

This is a leadership role where you'll guide a multidisciplinary development team while staying
- on with architecture and coding decisions. You’ll work in a hybrid stack involving high code technologies (Type
Script, Java
Script, Python) and Out
Systems platforms (including ODC), ensuring scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading technical design and implementation across multiple systems
• Integrating Out
  Systems and ODC solutions with
  - built services in high code
• Acting as a key stakeholder in architecture decisions and development best practices
• Mentoring developers and fostering a strong engineering culture
• Driving
  - native strategies using AWS services and databases
• Promoting a high standard of collaboration with internal and external teams

Tech stack you’ll be working with:

• Languages: Type
  Script, Java
  Script, Python (back-end)
• Low-code/High-productivity Platforms: Out
  Systems and ODC (Out
  Systems Developer Cloud)
• API Design: Graph
  QL
• Cloud: AWS (infrastructure and data services)
• Nice to Have: Front-end development with React or other modern
  - code frameworks

What should you bring to the team

• Availability to relocate to Netherlands
• Strong experience in
  - code environments (5+ years)
• Proven experience with Out
  Systems and ODC platforms
• Solid understanding of software architecture and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and databases
• Familiarity with Graph
  QL and microservice design
• A good eye for clean code and scalable design
• Bonus if you’ve worked with modern
  - end frameworks like React
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support developers technically and professionally
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands (relocation package provided)
