What do you need to be SMART IT SUPPORT ENGINEER?

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in Out
  Systems solution architecture and design.
• Definition of technical standards and best practices.
• Complex integrations (REST, SOAP, external APIs).
• Application lifecycle management (CI/CD, versioning, staging pipelines).
• Strong expertise in performance tuning, security, and scalability.
• Code review and technical mentoring for developers.
• Experience in
  - app and
  - team environments.

Mandatory Certifications:

- Out
Systems Professional Web Developer (minimum).

- Out
Systems Tech Lead + Architecture Specialist (preferred).

Functional Requirements:

- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Participation in architecture decisions and solution roadmap planning.

- Technical planning and priority management skills.

Soft Skills:

- Technical leadership and mentoring.

- Strong communication and autonomy.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

- Spanish is a plus.
