Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Lead Out
Systems to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. You will be responsible for supporting technical teams and managing the entire lifecycle of Out
Systems applications.

They will ensure the application of best practices, validate technical analyses, and support problem resolution, as well as occasional communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do :

• Software Architecture in Out
  Systems;
  
  
• Ensure best practices in Out
  Systems architecture and development;
  
  
• Validate technical analyses and support the resolution of critical incidents or problems;
  
  
• Monitor and manage the complete application lifecycle (design, development, testing, maintenance, and evolution);
  
  
• Communicate with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in application management;
  
  
• Promote the transfer of knowledge and best practices within technical teams.

What you are like:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical management roles on Out
  Systems projects;
  
  
• Solid technicalknowledge of Out
  Systems, with the ability to guide teams and validate solutions;
  
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  
  
• Proven experience in systemic and strategic analysis in problem solving:
  
  ability to identify and solve technical challenges efficiently;
  
  
• Excellent team collaboration skills;
  
  
• Excellent
