The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join the Cloud
Cockpit team at Create IT. We believe the best products are built when engineers are deeply connected to the 'why' behind their work and the impact it has on our users. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the technical direction, design, and delivery of key features and components within our globally scaling Cloud
Cockpit platform. You'll not only guide technical execution but also be a key partner in shaping the product. We're looking for someone who embodies this

Key responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and empower our unified Cloud
Cockpit engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning through impactful code reviews and constructive feedback.

Spearhead the
-
- end technical design and architecture of our entire. NET-based Cloud
Cockpit platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and optimized for global service delivery.

Actively contribute to
- on development for Cloud
Cockpit, particularly on complex or critical path features, leveraging your expertise across. NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, and Azure services.

Champion and rigorously enforce
-
- class coding standards, comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and efficient Dev
Ops practices across all aspects of the Cloud
Cockpit product.

Collaborate directly and continuously with the Head of Product for Cloud
Cockpit to understand user needs, define solutions, and translate product vision into impactful technical execution, always keeping the
- user and business outcomes in mind.

Champion a
- centric approach within the engineering team, encouraging a deep understanding of customer problems and how our technical solutions address them.

Proactively contribute to product ideation and refinement by offering technical perspectives on feasibility, potential, and user impact.

Oversee and take ultimate technical ownership for the Cloud
Cockpit team's deliverables, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, performance, and reliability for our global user base.

Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and definitively resolve complex technical challenges impacting Cloud
Cockpit's stability, performance, or user experience.

Strategically leverage the full suite of Microsoft Azure services (e. g. , Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Dev
Ops) to build, deploy, and manage our globally scaling Cloud
Cockpit solution.

Drive the technical execution of the Cloud
Cockpit product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.

Job qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack (. NET, C#).

2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer with lead responsibilities, or similar), guiding and mentoring engineering teams.

Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions, ideally in a Saa
S environment.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in. NET and C#.

Experience with SQL Server (design, optimization, querying).

Knowledge of frontend development.

Solid understanding and
- on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (e. g. , App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Azure Dev
Ops).

Experience with Power BI development or integration is a plus.

Familiarity with Domain driven design, and modern software design patterns.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev
Ops practices.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Excellent
- solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.

Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers.

A strong product mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and building solutions that deliver tangible value.
