What we expect from you

• Growth Facilitation: You will assist developers in enhancing their skills or connecting with helpful contacts, monitor for obstacles and facilitate their removal, frequently give and solicit feedback, and set personal goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with teams across various functions to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Agile Leadership: You-'ll guide the team in adopting agile practices, leading agile ceremonies, and boosting overall efficiency.
• Technical Engagement: Actively engage with coding tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute to projects and support your team, while also taking the lead on initiatives.

What you bring to the table

• A strong Software Development background, particularly in C# and the. NET framework;
• Expertise in Domain-Driven Design, CI/CD, Hexagonal Architecture and related technologies;
• Experience in leading a development team;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Desirable experience working in Agile Development;
• Able to operate with autonomy;
• Strong communicational skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Flutter is a nice to have.
